Shipping policy
Processing Time All Reefer Threads products are printed to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–5 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after you receive the notification.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
